How to Participate

Become an Advocate for Students Looking to Explore a Career In Wealth Management.

Envestnet Institute on Campus has built a robust program to provide the Wealth Management industry with the next generation of leaders.  We were able to do so through the support of participating universities, industry sponsors providing scholarships to students, and companies that continue to offer internships and jobs to EIOC alumni.  See below for ways to get involved.

Become a Sponsor

Sponsors allow us to offer our EIOC program to both students and universities free of cost.  With each new sponsor, we are able to impact more students and offer the industry more workforce-ready employees.

Sign Up Your University

Participating universities each receive 25 scholarships per year to offer to interested students.  At no cost to the university or the student, EIOC makes it easy to provide your students with the resources they need to graduate college with a job.

If your university is not currently participating, you can reach out to Jim Seuffert at or Tricia Baxter.

Hire a Student

Our top goal for this program is to help students eager to join the Wealth Management industry find internships and jobs, while simultaneously solving for the industry’s talent challenge by training new employees to add value on day one.

Plus, we’ve made it easy for you to find your newest intern or hire.  Our partnership with DAKdirect makes it easy to quickly find candidates.  Learn more about just how easy it is on our Resume and Internship Hub Page and reach out to Steve Clark.

We have an obligation and a responsibility to be investing in our students and our schools. We must make sure that people who have the grades, the desire and the will, but not the money, can still get the best education possible.
