Envestnet Institute On Campus Advisory Board
Jean Heath, CIMA®, is Principal Director, Asset Management Relations; Asset Manager Network Services of Envestnet. She has 24 years of diverse experiences within the managed account and advisory business and has held leadership roles in key account management, consultative sales, strategic marketing, branding, and channel development.
Currently, she is responsible for the investment products on the Envestnet platform and determines and optimizes the economic model and engagement between Envestnet and its asset manager partners. Her team is responsible for deepening relationships with asset managers across the Envestnet suite of services, and ensuring that these managers have the tools, training, and knowledge they need to be successful distributors throughout the Envestnet ecosystem.
She also is Head Chair of Envestnet’s managed product acceptance committee and advocates industry best practices. She has been an active mentor to young women professionals and is the Chairwoman of the Envestnet Institute on Campus Board and a member of Money Management Institute (MMI) Board of Governors. Jean is also a member of the Women’s Leadership Forum of Philadelphia. In 2017, she was named one of Profiles in Diversity Journal Women Worth Watching. Learn more>

Katy Yocom, is the Program Management, Director of the Envestnet Institute On Campus program.
She has returned to the industry after more than a decade, bringing with her an extensive career background that was built around many facets to the financial services industry. Her experience has included positions and responsibilities such as; portfolio administration, fixed income and equity trader, to relationship management that supported over 50 asset and wealth managers on a trading and portfolio accounting management system, and then as Director of Quality Management. She is responsible for the management, leadership and the future success of this program. With her dedication she continues to carry on the mission of bringing a more prepared diverse pool of talent from underrepresented groups and women into the industry by providing access to an educational program and the dedicated resources to those interested in making a career in asset and wealth management. Eileen Hayes, Vice President; Third Party Models Lead, Aladdin Wealth Tech at BlackRock
She is responsible for the development of strategy and activation of partner firms across the third party model business as well as enlisting, educating, and driving adoption of BlackRock’s digital capabilities across the US. Specializing in the digital distribution tech working with Asset Managers, Strategists, Broker Dealers, TAMP’s and RIA’s.
Prior to joining BlackRock, Eileen was responsible for deepening relationships with Asset Managers across Envestnet suite of services. In addition, she focused on Institutional Distribution and Business Development for U.S. Boston Capital Corp, Contravisory Investment Management, and Advisors Asset Management. Eileen received her BS in Finance from Bryant University and served roles such as President of Student Senate and Chair of the Regional Alumni Council both in New York and Massachusetts. Learn more>
